Seeking a degreed Engineer capable of generating proposal support for technical products/applications. Prepares proposal drawings in Solidworks, saves proposal details in Adept for future access after award of contract. Performs inside sales support for extra ordinary contracts. Provides sales with schedule impact on specials work, pricing, lead times and drawing documentation details. Works w/Marketing and Sales to standardize repeat special designs. Performs specification review at initial inquiry and cross checks original commitments w/P.O. as received and prior to processing in house. Must be able to evaluate special RFQ requirements and doc. package requirements. Prepare Engineer doc. delivery schedule. Represents Sales in inquiry review meetings and design reviews. Pulls financial history on projects identified by management for post mortem review and provides revised pricing recommendations.
