OEM Flow Meters Summary

These products provide true mass flow analog outputs (without the need for additional temperature or pressure transducers) as well as temperature, totalizing and alarm function outputs.
OEM mass flow meters are used in air, compressed air, nitrogen, methane, natural gas, carbon dioxide, argon and other gases in applications that require wide turndown ratios (100:1), low flow sensitivity, no moving parts and negligible pressure drop.

OEM Products

	Gas Meter Features 4 to 20mA scalable for flow or temperature, 0 to 10 Vdc scalable for flow or temperature and pulse outputs. Independent signals can also be configured for alarms and/or totalizing. Typical applications include compressed air, low pressure aeration and HVAC applications, nitrogen/carbon dioxide blanketing, and natural gas fuel flow. Standard input power is 9 to 36 Vdc. Wetted parts are 300 series stainless steel.
	Gas Meter with Compression Fitting Features the same output signals offered in the gas meter (listed above) with an adjustable insertion length using a removable compression fitting. Ideal for air applications, particularly HVAC duct installations. Standard input power is 9 to 36 Vdc. Wetted parts are 300 series stainless steel with a nylon or stainless steel compression fitting ferrule.
	Gas Meter with Pigtail Connection Features a 6 ft pigtail cable connection for 1.5 inch pipe sizes with air flow ranges from 212° to 248° F [100° to 120° C]. Typical applications include fuel cells that require monitoring of saturated steam and water vapor that will not condense over the temperature range. Wetted parts are 300 series stainless steel.
	Gas Meter with 5 to 9 VDC Input Power Features an integrated sensor and circuit board in separate packaging to be used as a portable assembly powered by a 5 to 9 Vdc lithium battery. 12 Vdc battery powered units are also available. Wetted parts are 300 series stainless steel.
	Remote Mounted Gas Meter Features remotely mounted electronics away from high temperature sensor installations or when easy access is required. Remote electronic assemblies are recommended when process temperatures exceed 150° F [65° C] around the pipe. Wetted parts are 300 series stainless steel.
	Gas Meter with VORTAB Flow Conditioner Features an integral flow conditioner for installations with limited straight run of piping as well as analog or pulse outputs to totalize gas consumption. Ideal for skid mounted packages where straight run and space are limited. Typical applications include fuel gas flow measurement, compressor leak detection and compressor fuel gas consumption. Wetted parts are 300 series stainless steel.
